New traffic signals are now in place along the Lowry Street corridor, improving safety and traffic flow at the Jefferson Pike-Sam Ridley Parkway interchange. Traffic engineers are actively fine-tuning signal timing to keep traffic moving efficiently. Construction at Sam Ridley Parkway and Old Nashville Highway is progressing following recent weather delays. Paving is expected to begin in phases over the next two weeks, weather permitting.
