Before you drop off your donations — #BinCheck! This quick PSA reminds Tennesseans how to give responsibly to roadside donation bins. Learn what Tennessee law requires for legitimate charity bins, how to spot for-profit operators, what items are safe to donate, and what to leave behind. Unfortunately, bin abuse and illegal dumping have increased, creating problems for property owners and our community. The Town of Smyrna is working to address these issues.
