Productions comes a brand new children's programming block called "W.O.N's Cartoon Starcade". Featuring one hour of cartoons that are public domain or via syndication deals. Cartoons like Little Lulu, Superman, Dick Tracy, The Phantom and more. The cartoon starcade is presented in a format from the 1980s to 2000s and the show's imaging is a nod to the old CBS Saturday Morning Imaging Style Of The 1980s.
